True Digital Academy has partnered with global tech consultancy Thoughtworks to help local companies shift to artificial intelligence (AI)-first enterprises.
According to Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, chief human resources officer at True Corporation, the partnership sets a new benchmark for advanced learning, supporting organisational AI transformation through True Digital Academy's comprehensive learning model.
"This initiative goes beyond upskilling; it encompasses the strategic selection and practical application of technology to ensure cost-effectiveness, tangible results, and a positive impact on organisations throughout Thailand," Ms Sarinra said.
The collaboration brings together local expertise in workforce transformation with global best practices in AI, aiming to help organisations embed AI into core business processes and unlock long-term productivity gains, she said.
Under the partnership, the two organisations plan to introduce an enterprise AI adoption turnkey framework designed to move beyond traditional training models. The approach focuses on enabling practical AI implementation across three pillars: people, technology and business.
Thoughtworks is a global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design, engineering and AI to drive digital innovation and large-scale business transformation.
The programme is built on True Digital Academy's "PromptSphere" learning model, an AI-led system that integrates technical knowledge with real-world applications.
The framework aims to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and execution, a challenge that continues to hinder AI adoption across many Thai organisations.
The collaboration centres on three strategic areas, including curriculum development to jointly design programmes aligned with global standards and tailored to enterprise needs, combining Thoughtworks' engineering expertise with local business insights.
The second area is real-world application, integrating global case studies and industry use cases to support practical AI deployment.
Finally, systemic transformation is expected to build end-to-end capabilities across workforce, technology infrastructure and business strategy.
Nils Michaelis, managing director of growth at Thoughtworks, said the company is committed to bringing its experience of working with leading global organisations to the Thai business sector.
"Our shared goal is to translate theory to high-impact practice, elevating the AI capabilities of the Thai workforce to international standards," he said. "We want to drive Thai enterprises to become AI-first organisations in a tangible, scalable manner, creating transformative changes that contribute to the nation's sustainable development."
Chonnikarn Jira, head of True Digital Academy, said the collaboration continues its tradition of working with organisations to enhance AI capability.
