The Weeknd to return with 'After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour'

This is for the XO crew in Thailand. The Weeknd is set to return for his second concert in Bangkok at Rajamangala National Stadium as part of the "After Hours Til Dawn Tour" on October 11. It'll be an eight-year-long-awaited return since his Thailand debut at Impact Arena in 2018.

Today, diamond-certified global superstar The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, announced the 2026 Asia leg of his record-breaking, sold-out "After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour" which started in July 2022. So far, it has achieved various records in Europe and the Americas and is one of the most-attended concert tours and one of the highest-grossing concert tours of all time, surpassing US$1 billion last year.

Produced by Live Nation and sponsored by Nespresso, the last leg will kick off on Sept 20 at Tokyo’s Belluna Dome, with stops in Jakarta, Singapore, Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. For his Bangkok show at Rajamangala Stadium, Japanese hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts, DJ Matsunaga and R-Shitei, will join as special guests.

While the tour takes almost four years to come to Asia, fans can expect perhaps the tour's peak as it has gone through tweaks and refinement for stadium set-up (hence its name).

The tour celebrates the Canadian singer-songwriter's acclaimed album trilogy — After Hours released in 2020, Dawn FM in 2022 and Hurry Up Tomorrow in 2025 — featuring a career-spanning setlist of chart-topping hits, of which he has plenty to choose from. The 2026 setlist consists of up to 37 songs from The Hills and Can't Feel My Face off his breakout second album Beauty Behind The Madness to four out of five singles off his magnum opus After Hours.

Beyond its commercial success, the tour has driven meaningful global impact. To date, The Weeknd and his partners have contributed a combined total of over $8.5 million to the XO Humanitarian Fund and Global Citizen, with additional proceeds from the 2026 run continuing to support both organisations. Most recently, he won Tour of the Year at the 2026 iHeartRadio Awards and Best R&B Tour at the Pollstar Awards.
