Dinner collab / Elements x Ciel Bleu / March 27-28
The culinary landscapes of Europe and Asia are set to align at Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, The Okura Prestige Bangkok. “The Amsterdam – Bangkok Passage” will take place over March 27-28 and will offer creations from chefs Arjan Speelman from Ciel Bleu of Hotel Okura Amsterdam and Gerard Villaret Horcajo. On March 27, there will be a five-course dinner on offer with three glasses of Champagne and cognac to accompany the dessert. On March 28, the passage continues with a seven-course dinner.

Wine dinner / The Champagne Bar / March 24
The Champagne Bar at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok partners with Louis Jadot, Burgundy wine producer from France, to present a one-night-only dining experience on March 24. Louis Jadot, one of France’s most historic and highly respected wine producers, was founded in 1859 and has upheld a holistic approach to winemaking for more than 167 years. The dinner at The Champagne Bar will be curated by Bull & Bear with wines by Louis Jadot. Highlights include Louis Jadot Chablis 2024, Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuissé 2024, and Louis Jadot Pommard 2022.

Collab dinners / Duet by David Toutain / March 23-27
Duet by David Toutain brings together the founding chef’s three acclaimed restaurants in one collaboration. The head chefs from Restaurant David Toutain, Feuille and Duet by David Toutain will join hands to offer dinners from March 23-27. On March 23-25, indulge in Duet’s signature menu with chef Toutain. On March 26-27, chef Toutain from Restaurant David Toutain, Paris will be cooking with Duet's chef Valentin Fouache and Feuille's Joris Rousseau in a six-hands, eight-course collaborative dinner, conceived across Paris, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

Crab Carnival / Goji Kitchen + Bar / March 27 to April 6
Goji Kitchen + Bar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park will host a 11-day seafood fiesta with the “Crab Carnival", from March 27 to April 6. The buffet will offer nine of the finest varieties of crab from Thailand and around the world, served fresh or cooked in a choice of Asian and international styles. There will also be Alaskan king crab, red snow crab, Norwegian brown crab, and red Chilean king crab, along with five locally-sourced varieties: mud crab, blue swimming crab, three-spot crab, Thai spanner crab and soft shell crab. The Crab Carnival will also feature Crab cakes with Dijon mustard sauce, Mini deviled crab cornbread muffins and Blue crab beignets with remoulade dressing, and a special Sustainably Sourced Seafood Station will present perfectly grilled red crab.

Culinary collab / Trisara Phuket / March 27
Don Asado will take over Trisara’s private beach for an Argentinian celebration on March 27. Guests gather by the sea for an authentic open-fire Asado experience, where prime cuts are slow-grilled over flame in the time-honoured South American tradition. The evening unfolds with live music, tango and salsa performances, and a convivial beachfront atmosphere. Trisara Phuket also launches two stay experiences. "An Invitation To Trisara", bookings by April 30 for stays until Oct 31, is designed for those who wish to linger with daily breakfast, airport transfers and a curated selection of wellness and recreational experiences. The "Limited Time Offer", bookings and stays by April 30, offers a minimum of three consecutive nights and a complimentary third night.

Anniversary celebrations / basil x Blue Elephant / March 27
To mark three decades of culinary excellence, basil at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit will host “Bangkok: ATimeless Culinary Voyage – From Royal Heritage To Modern Bangkok” on March 27. In collaboration with Brie Elephant, chef Nooror Somany Steppe and executive chef Manachai Konkangplu will craft a tasting menu that moves through the historical eras shaping Bangkok’s culinary identity — from the royal kitchens of early Rattanakosin through to the flavours defining the city today. Bar.Yard at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok invites diners to experience the vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka with a special “Kurumba Kitchen Pop-Up”, taking place from March 27-29. Bringing the energy of Sydney’s acclaimed dining scene to Bangkok, the pop-up features Kurumba Restaurant & Bar, a Sri Lankan restaurant and wine bar from Surry Hills, Sydney, celebrated for its bold flavours and modern interpretation of traditional Sri Lankan street-food cuisine.

Desserts bloom / Bangkok Baking Company / Until March 31
JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok marks the arrival of the Sakura season with a limited collection of cherry blossoms inspired desserts at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), available until March 31. Each pastry combines traditional Japanese elements such as matcha, yuzu, mochi and sakura with contemporary patisserie techniques. The Sakura dessert selection features five creations: Matcha Cheesecake with Mochi Skin; Sakura Strawberry Shortcake; Nama Sakura Chocolate Cake; Cassis & Fig Mont Blanc; and Sakura Yuzu Tart.

Wine dinner / Char / March 27
Char Restaurant at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road invites guests to enjoy an elegant evening of gastronomy with an “Exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner” on March 27. The experience features a curated three-course menu accompanied by selected wines. The evening will be enhanced by live saxophone performances. Only 20 seats available.

Collaboration menus / Front Room / March 27-29
Front Room at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok unveils a special menu created in collaboration with Pladids, a seafood restaurant from Chon Buri that focuses on locally-sourced, small-scale fishing and flavours from the Eastern Coast. This special menu will be available for three days only from March 27-29. Pladids’ chef-owner Suthathip “May” Boonprakob and Front Room’s chef de cuisine Athiti “Aon" Moungthong have crafted a menu showcasing dishes unique to Pattaya and Chon Buri, such as shrimp head butter crackers with Sriracha sauce, salad of grilled mantis shrimp with roasted chili; squid stuffed with fermented pork and grilled pineapple; spicy stir-fried o-kak shoreline shrimp with kratue, a nutritious bitter ginger; crab simmered in coconut milk with young tamarind leaves; grilled beef with house-made fish sauce; and khao kluk prik ka kluea, a home-style fisherman’s dish of steamed rice tossed with toasted coconut and finished with the signature Eastern-style salt.

The award ceremony for “Street Art Fight”, Bangkok’s first rooftop street art competition, will take place on March 28 at Le Méridien Bangkok, concluding a week of creativity, collaboration, and live urban art. Running from March 21–28, the event brings together 18 Thai street artists and creative teams for a live art battle set against the Bangkok skyline at Soi Sky 25. Throughout the week, the rooftop transforms into an open-air canvas where artists create bold works exploring themes such as sustainability, environmental challenges, and social transformation. Inspired by the fictional “Land Of Color” called Chromia, the competition uses street art as a metaphor to raise awareness about the fading of biodiversity and environmental balance.

Matcha fest / Asai Bangkok Chinatown / March 28
“Groove @ Asai Lifestyle Series” debuts with a one-day celebration of matcha, music and Bangkok’s creative community. Asai Bangkok Chinatown will bring together some of Bangkok’s most exciting matcha cafés for a lively neighbourhood gathering celebrating the city’s growing matcha culture on March 28. Created in collaboration with Made in Songwat, a community-driven collective of entrepreneurs, creatives, and heritage businesses in Bangkok’s historic Songwat district, the event will showcase unique matcha creations from a curated line-up of local favourites.

Run club / Goodchā x Slowcombo / March 21
Goodchā and Slowcombo are holding “The Matcha Run Club Vol.2 – Chula Reunion” on March 21. A fun and relaxed morning gathering where the run is optional, but mingling and connections are the real highlight is the name of the game. The special edition brings together matcha, music, movement and great people for a vibrant community morning. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui has announced the return of “The White Party” on March 28. The iconic celebration serves as the crown jewel of Nikki Beach’s "Celebration Week"—a curated series of experiences blending wellness, fashion and high-energy entertainment. To set the tempo, international headliners Sllash & Doppe will deliver a high-impact set. The week kicks off on March 25 with Wellness Wednesday, a full-day reset is designed to move, nourish and restore. Ginger, Holiday Inn Bangkok's all-day dining restaurant, will host a festive Easter-themed buffet on April 5. "Happy Easter Day Buffet" features fresh seafood on ice, a poolside BBQ station, healthy salad options, soups, cold cuts and cheeses, plus selections of delicious dim sum and sushi. Also available are noodle and pasta dishes, and Thai, Indian and Middle Eastern offerings. Kids can enjoy DIY egg decoration, face-painting and a chocolate Easter egg hunt at the kids’ playground, pool area and ConneXion.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok will hold the Songkran Reunion Celebration from April 13-15 offering miang kham betel leaf wraps, khanom dok jok lotus blossom, khanom buang and the all-time Songkran favourite, khao chae. Available for lunch or dinner with a welcome drink. On April 30, there will be a wine dinner featuring Italian wines and a five-course dinner by chef Roberto Parentela. Until May 31, the Erawan Tea Room will offer the Summer Afternoon Tea where highlights include pandan layer cake, lime longan crèmeux, grilled shrimp satay and banana scone, served with sour cream and pineapple-chilli marmalade.

Ms.Jigger at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is offering La Primavera, an Italian-inspired afternoon tea until July 31. La Primavera Afternoon Tea is designed as a shared experience for two and comes with coffee mocktails, coffee and tea, or sparkling wine, coffee and tea.

Goji Kitchen + Bar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park has brought back foie gras to its Friday, Saturday and Sunday menus, including Sunday brunch. The foie gras will be served until the end of May, with a dedicated Foie Gras Station.

Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok welcomes the summer with the seasonal Royal Thai Khao Chae and flavourful lunch sets at Bangkok’78, as well as the Italian Food Festival at the café-style restaurant Sip & Co., featuring a selection of classic Italian dishes.

The St. Regis Bangkok introduces executive pastry chef, Nina Sanda Win, who will bring a German-French perspective to The Lounge. Indulge in her signature raspberry white chocolate cake, coconut passionfruit choux, pistachio quince cake, yuzu meringue tart and the rich chocolate buckwheat entremet. The Epic Dinner at Viu offers a curated menu of à la minute dishes prepared at live stations. Offered till the end of March every Saturday. The signature Sunday Brunch features "Sweetness Of The Sea" this month. On March 29, the "Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends" features Quinary and Tell Camellia from Hong Kong, with Sovit Gurung, bar manager of Tell Camellia, alongside Kai Ng, bar manager of Quinary. In the kitchen, chef Andrew Martin of Fatboy Izakaya will offer tapas designed to complement every pour.

Cru Champagne Bar at Centara Grand, CentralWorld, has launched "A French Affair", a new oyster and Champagne experience enjoyed with sweeping views across Bangkok’s skyline. The rooftop Champagne destination presents a curated selection of premium oysters, including those sourced from France’s celebrated oyster-growing regions. Served freshly shucked and presented on ice, the oysters are paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV.

Potterheads, Starbucks is partnering with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to bring Harry Potter to Starbucks Thailand for a limited-time Honeydukes series starting on March 23. At the heart of the series is the Honeydukes bursting bonbons frozen tea — an icy blend of citrusy black tea, lemonade and honey ruby grapefruit sauce, topped with pink and green sprinkles, with honey bergamot-flavoured bubbles that pop with bright citrus notes.
