AIS 3BB Fibre3 has unveiled the Smart Cloud Pad, a versatile tablet integrated with a Cloud PC system designed to transform a mobile device into a fully functional notebook.
Aimed at workers and students who require a portable solution for note-taking, presentations and online meetings, the device is bundled with a keyboard, stylus and exclusive access to AIS Cloud PC services for a price of 9,999 baht.
The Smart Cloud Pad operates on Android enhanced by the MyOS 15 interface, prioritising portability with a lightweight design. By combining the tablet with dedicated peripherals, users can transition seamlessly between a handheld multimedia device and a productivity-focused laptop environment.

The hardware features an 11-inch display equipped with flicker-free technology to reduce eye strain during prolonged use. For audio, the tablet utilises a surround-sound speaker system intended to provide clarity during virtual conferences and entertainment. Connectivity is robust, supporting both 5G and Wi-Fi 6 for high-speed internet access.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the UNISOC T820 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The camera setup includes an 8MP front lens for video calls and a 13MP rear sensor. A substantial 8,000mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of continuous usage, backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The standout feature is the inclusion of the AIS Cloud PC service. This Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution allows users to run a full Windows environment on their tablet via the cloud. By offloading processing power to AIS servers, the Smart Cloud Pad can run desktop-grade software and access files remotely from any location with an internet connection.
This cloud-based approach effectively bypasses the hardware limitations of traditional mobile devices, allowing for the installation and execution of standard Windows programmes. It offers a cost-effective alternative for those who need the Windows ecosystem without the bulk or expense of a high-end laptop.
The Smart Cloud Pad is now available at 24 participating AIS Shop locations for 9,999 baht (excluding VAT). Customers can also take advantage of new SIM card offers with monthly packages starting at 299 baht, including unlimited AIS Wi-Fi.
