The Ugreen MagFlow Air powerbank delivers a complete charging solution in a sleek package, featuring built-in MagSafe compatibility, an integrated USB-C cable, and a 10,000 mAh battery capacity. Designed with portability and versatility in mind, the compact accessory supports 15W Qi2 wireless fast charging alongside 30W wired charging to keep multiple devices powered on the go.
Earlier this year, Ugreen launched a special collaboration edition of the charger themed around the popular video game Honkai: Star Rail. Due to its limited-edition status, the collaboration model debuted at 3,490 baht and was sold exclusively via the online shopping platforms Shopee and Lazada. By comparison, the standard version hit the market with an introductory price tag of 2,700 baht, though prices for both models fluctuate depending on seasonal promotions and platform discounts.
The primary appeal of the MagFlow Air lies in its all-in-one functionality without compromising on size. A soft silicone coating covers the MagSafe contact surface to prevent phones from slipping during wireless power delivery. Strong internal magnets keep the powerbank securely locked onto smartphones, eliminating fears of accidental drops during active use.
Adding to its convenience, the unit houses a built-in, permanently attached braided USB-C cable capable of delivering up to 30W output, which doubles as a handy carrying strap. Alongside an additional standalone USB-C port, the device allows users to charge up to three devices simultaneously. While power distribution splits among connected devices — reducing peak speeds — the added flexibility proves ideal for travellers carrying a phone, wireless earbuds and other small gadgets.

Measuring just 13.9mm thick and weighing 213 grammes, the powerbank packs enough energy to charge an iPhone 18 Pro Max roughly 1.6 times. Recharging the MagFlow Air itself takes approximately two hours using its 30W input, though real-world performance varies depending on device models, charging practices and background application activity.
The Wireless Power Consortium notes that the Qi2 standard relies on precise magnetic alignment to maximise wireless transfer efficiency. Magnetic attachment keeps compatible handsets firmly anchored during daily operations, while the sleek aluminium alloy chassis offers a distinctly premium feel over standard plastic powerbanks. Furthermore, pass-through charging enables the device to recharge itself while simultaneously topping up connected accessories — a crucial feature when outlet space in hotel rooms is limited.
Wireless charging remains inherently slower than direct cable connections, and the unit generates noticeable heat while operating under the Qi2 standard. While heat build-up is a normal byproduct of wireless power transfer efficiency losses, users prioritising maximum speed and lower operating temperatures are better served using the integrated 30W cable.

Intriguingly, certification markings differ between variants. The Honkai: Star Rail collaboration edition features a CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) logo, permitting it to be carried and used within mainland China. The standard MagFlow Air model lacks this certification marking, rendering it non-compliant for air travel or usage within China.
For daily commuters riding Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain and MRT systems, a reliable powerbank has become as essential as a transit card. Heavy reliance on navigation maps, messaging apps, streaming music, mobile banking and ride-hailing services quickly drains smartphone batteries, while finding available wall outlets during peak travel hours remains nearly impossible.
