Ritz-Carlton Yacht marks Asian debut in Thailand

Luminara, the newest superyacht from Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, recently made its debut visit to Thailand.

Deck9, the only Key Agent in Thailand of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, welcomed Guru By Bangkok Post aboard to immerse in luxury, surrounded by design reminiscent of a world-class seaside resort.

Luminara is the brand’s latest superyacht and has a strong connection to Malta, named after the traditional Maltese “L-Imnarja” festival of light and harvest. The vessel made its debut in Valletta's Grand Harbour in July 2025, with its design paying tribute to the island, including a Maltese lighthouse and a sculpture, aboard.

Luminara features all-suite accommodations with private terraces and ocean views. The interiors are curated and enhanced by more than 731 pieces of world-class art. Highlights include the stunning Marina Terrace at the aft, where guests can enjoy close-to-water experiences, along with 12 restaurants and bars led by world-renowned chefs. Guests are cared for with the legendary personalised service of the Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, while itineraries are designed to access intimate ports and destinations beyond the reach of larger vessels.

Luminara’s inaugural arrival in Thailand also marks the launch of her Asia-Pacific voyages. The itineraries encompass iconic destinations, from the cultural charm of Japan and South Korea, to the metropolises of Shanghai and Hong Kong, the natural beauty of Vietnam, and Thailand’s destinations include Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui and Koh Kood.
