Re: "Jewish New Year bash in Phuket triggers warning", (BP, Sept 10) and "Tourism minister chasing B3tn goal", (Business, April 9).
Anti-Israeli protesters in Phuket should be aware that -- contrary to what their leaders may tell them -- they are seeking not to "save Phuket", but to kill the goose that lays golden eggs for Thailand.
