Excitement is building across Thailand's triathlon community as registration for the "Amazing Race Festival Toyota Sattahip Triathlon 2026 Presented by MAMA" has officially closed, marking another significant milestone ahead of one of the country's premier sporting events.

Representatives from the organising committee, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Chon Buri province, the Royal Thai Navy, the Royal Thai Fleet, Thailand Aquatics Association, and Thailand Tri-League have conducted comprehensive site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure readiness in every aspect of the event. Preparations cover race operations, athlete services, safety measures, logistics, and international-standard event management.

This year's competition holds special significance as Her Majesty the Queen has graciously accepted to participate in the triathlon competition for the first time. The event, officially titled "Amazing Race Festival Toyota Sattahip Triathlon 2026 Presented by MAMA," will be held this weekend at Dongtan Bay, Royal Thai Fleet Headquarters, Sattahip district in Chon Buri. The competition will be contested for the Royal Trophy bestowed by His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen.

The organising committee is encouraging members of the public to gather and offer their support to Her Majesty the Queen on Sunday between 6am and 10am at Dongtan Bay, Royal Thai Fleet Headquarters, Sattahip. Spectators will also have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of one of Thailand's most prestigious international triathlon festivals while supporting athletes, their families, and visitors from across the country.

With strong collaboration from government agencies, sports organisations, and private-sector partners, the event is set to deliver an exceptional sporting experience and further reinforce Thailand's position as a leading destination for sports tourism in the region.

The event will be broadcast live on Thai PBS on Sunday from 6am to 10am, allowing audiences nationwide to follow the competition and witness Her Majesty the Queen's participation in the event. Additional race updates and coverage will be available through the official Thailand Tri-League Series Facebook page and the Amazing Race Festival Facebook page.
