AGT winner Nene Royal arrives back in Phuket

PHUKET - America's Got Talent 2026 winner Nene Royal arrived back home on this southern tourist island on Sunday morning to  a warm welcome and a planned evening parade. 

The 16-year-old Thai rocker, whose real name is Rattikarn “Praew” Amloy, her family and members of her band Ozone landed at Phuket airport on Cathay Pacific flight CX771 at 10.50am.

Relatives, her sponsors and local officials were gathered to congratulate and welcome her home.

Her 89-year-old grandmother Kaew Boonkerd from Nakhon Si Thammarat province was among the crowd of fans, who had closely and loudly followed her progress through the competition.

Phuket city have arranged a parade in her honour, starting at  5pm. It will be followed by a  reception ceremony, including a performance by Ozone, whose members cheered her on at the televised live shows last week but were not on stage with her.
