IRPC Public Company Limited has issued a clarification regarding its status in connection with the Surat Thani oil tank rental agreement. Under this agreement, IRPC assumes full responsibility on a rental basis only and does not have any authority over the control, supervision or management of other oil tanks owned by different companies within the same cargo area.

IRPC has confirmed that its operations are conducted responsibly, including order stock management, segregated storage and full traceability. The company’s oil reception and distribution systems continue to operate as normal, in strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and relevant measures.

The SET-listed petroleum and petrochemical company places great importance on operational transparency and is fully prepared to cooperate with the public sector to provide comprehensive information for a thorough and accurate assessment of the situation.

IRPC also confirms that all operational processes are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations under the supervision of the relevant authorities
