IRPC to offer 3-, 5- and 7-year debentures to public

IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) has announced the issuance of debentures to the public through six leading financial institutions. The debentures have been assigned a credit rating of “A-” with a “stable” outlook by TRIS Rating, underscoring the Company’s strong capability in integrated petroleum and petrochemical operations and its solid cash flow generation. These strengths support long-term business stability and sustainability while strengthening the strategic value of the PTT Group.

Terdkiat Prommool, Director and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC, stated:

“The Company will offer three tranches of senior unsecured debentures, with a bondholders’ representative, to the public. The tenors are 3 years, 5 years and 7 years. Interest will be paid every six months throughout the term of the debentures, with the interest rates to be announced later.”

The credit rating assigned on March 26, 2026, by Tris further underscores IRPC’s strategic importance within the PTT Group as a key subsidiary. The subscription period is expected to take place from June 15 to 17, 2026, via six financial institutions.

Key measures include efficient capital management, portfolio optimisation, improvements in production efficiency and effective asset management of port and land resources. In addition, IRPC has established a Crisis War Room to closely monitor global developments and implement timely strategies. The Company has also launched a “Domestic First” campaign to mitigate risks from global market volatility and respond to domestic demand.

IRPC is also advancing its Performance Uplift initiative to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, strengthen competitiveness and expand its portfolio of high-value products. The Company continues to focus on value-added business expansion and strategic partnerships across the supply chain to enhance overall competitiveness.

IRPC has continued to receive both domestic and international recognition. It was included for the12th time in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). The Company was Thailand’s first recipient of the SET Awards 2025 in the innovation category for PTFE/SAN Core-Shell and won the Thailand Energy Awards 2025 in the Digitalisation category.
