This year's collection pays tribute to the Year of the Fire Horse through an elegant red mooncake box adorned with a golden horse motif, symbolising strength and steady progress toward prosperity. Designed as an elegant four-tiered gift box, each set features four premium 70g mooncakes selected from six distinctive flavours, blending traditional favourites with contemporary interpretations, including Durian & Salted Egg, Mixed Nuts, Salted Egg Custard, Thai Tea, Chocolate Custard, and Matcha Red Bean. Available for pre-order from July 15, with collection from Aug 1, at The Lounge, Level 1 of The St. Regis Bangkok.
Each mooncake carries its own auspicious meaning. From the Classic Selection, Durian & Salted Egg represents abundance, prosperity, and family reunion, while Mixed Nuts, one of the most traditional mooncake flavours, symbolises harmony, prosperity, and longevity through its blend of almonds, cashews, watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, and pecans.
Contemporary flavours bring a modern touch to the collection while preserving the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Salted Egg Custard features a golden filling that represents good fortune, wealth, and prosperity. Thai Tea celebrates warmth, hospitality, and joyful gatherings, while Chocolate Custard symbolises the sweet rewards of success. Matcha Red Bean represents balance, vitality, and enduring good fortune.
Each specially designed box contains four mooncakes and is available for order from July 15 priced at 1,288-baht net per box, with an early bird price of 1,088 baht net available until Aug 15. Guests may collect their mooncake boxes at The Lounge from Aug 1. To complete the experience, guests who purchase a mooncake box can also enjoy a special offer on our signature St. Regis Exclusive Blend Tea at a special price of 1,000-baht net for 50 grams or 1,550-baht net for 80g.
Terms and Conditions: A minimum of five days’ advance notice is required for orders of one set box, while orders of 20 or more require 10 days’ notice. A maximum of two Durian & Salted Egg mooncakes may be included per box. Additional surcharges apply for extra Durian pieces (150-baht net per third piece or 300-baht net for an all-Durian box). Corporate pricing is available for orders of 100 boxes or more, including complimentary one-time delivery within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area and complimentary logo customisation with a minimum 10-day advance order.
