Five new releases that hit cinemas in Thailand this week.

The Sheep Detectives
Directed by Kyle Balda.
Who’s in it?
The voice of Bryan Cranston, with Nicholas Galitzine and Hugh Jackman.
What’s it about?
Every night, a shepherd reads aloud a murder mystery, pretending his sheep can understand. When he is found dead, the sheep realise at once that it was a murder and think they know everything about how to go about solving it.
Why watch it?
According to animator Man Arenas on the animation website Dodecaden, the film was originally going to be an all animated feature film made by German animation studio TFC Trickompany Filmproduktion. The film started production in 2006, but was canceled once Trickompany Filmproduktion filed for bankruptcy in 2010.

Sarb Mueng
Directed by Anawat Promjae.
Who’s in it?
Pichukkana “Namtarn” Wongsarattanasin, Boonyakait “Tee" Wongsajaem and Patteerat “Sprite" Laemluang.
What’s it about?
When a "northern ghost woman" from more than a century ago wants to create a new legendary love story to be remembered, her mission to find a "puppy-type boyfriend" begins.

Inspired by the "Whisper Of Love" murals by Nan Bua Pun.

In The Grey
Directed by Guy Ritchie.
Who’s in it?
Jake Gyllenhaal, Henry Cavill and Eiza González.
What’s it about?
A covert team of elite operatives are living in the shadows. When a ruthless despot steals a billion-dollar fortune, they're sent to take it back-an impossible heist that erupts into a deadly game of strategy, deception and survival.
Why watch it?
Filming began in September 2023 on Tenerife and ended in late October 2023.

3 Good Guys
Directed by Boi Kwong.
Who’s in it?
Simonboy, Mayiduo, Tommy Wong, Germaine Chow, Ananda Everingham and Kannarun “Prang” Wongkajornklai.
What’s it about?
A Singapore-Thailand co-production romantic comedy revolving around three friends. Three men facing relationship troubles take a pre-wedding trip to Thailand, only to find themselves in a "gender-flipped world" caused by a mischievous spirit, where they must prove they have changed.
Why watch it?
Sounds like the Asian version of “The Hangover”.

Pati Patni Aur Woh Do
Directed by Mudassar Aziz.
Who’s in it?
Wamiqa Gabbi, Rakul Preet Singh and Ayushmann Khurrana.
What’s it about?
A seemingly perfect marriage in Prayagraj takes an unexpected turn when one decision leads to a chain of misunderstandings, suspicion, and comedic chaos.
Why watch it?
A spiritual sequel to the 2019 film “Pati Patni Aur Woh”.
