Bored of eating the same thing twice? Fear no more, here's a list of restaurants and bars that have shuffled things up to make sure you're never bored or short of choices while dining out.
The St. Regis Bar

The St. Regis Bar Bangkok unveils "Portraits Of Manhattan", a new cocktail menu that draws inspiration from the legendary birthplace of the original ‘The St. Regis New York’.

The legend began in 1932 at the famed King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York, where the traditions of The Art of Drinking were born. Today, Brian Gonzalez, beverage manager revisits these origins with a curated collection of eight cocktail recipes, each evoking the distinct mood and spirit of the city's iconic boroughs.

Highlights include The East Village Sketch, a savoury and smoky mezcal cocktail inspired by the raw creativity of New York loft parties and enriched with goat cheese from Nakhon Pathom; while The Mayor of Strawberry Fields is a floral, fruity homage to John Lennon’s vision of peace in Central Park.

For a taste of high society, the Boulevard Astor offers an elegant twist on the classic Manhattan. Inspired by Mrs. Caroline Astor, mother of The St. Regis founder and the doyenne of New York high society, it delivers a refined flavour profile of timeless sophistication. The journey continues with Shadows On 72nd, a bittersweet Boulevardier-style creation embodying the reflective soul of the Upper West Side, finished with a fig leaf sourced from Chon Buri and Velvet Brew, a smooth coffee-and-cacao cream cocktail inspired by Harlem’s late-night jazz cafés, featuring cocoa butter, cacao husk, and coffee from Chiang Mai.
