Akira Back Bangkok at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park will host an evening that pairs Kagoshima A5 wagyu beef with five labels from Burgundy, the iconic French wine-growing region. In partnership with Maison Edouard Delaunay, the historic and highly acclaimed French wine-maker with five generations of heritage, Akira Back will craft a six-course menu with five vintages, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru labels, will reflect the diversity of the Burgundy terroir. Laapataa Ladies is the second film by acclaimed Indian indie filmmaker Kiran Rao. Featuring an ensemble cast with many new faces, the film made waves internationally, winning awards at festivals around the world and being selected as India’s Oscar-nominated entry. One Bangkok is collaborating with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and various partners to present "One Bangkok One Pride One Run 2026". Dedicated to celebrating Pride Month, the run will take place on June 7 at One Bangkok. Sign up for either 5km or 10km categories. The former begins at One Bangkok Park, winds around Lumphini Park and finishes at One Bangkok Park. The latter starts from One Bangkok Park to Benjakitti Park via the Green Bridge before returning to the finish line at One Bangkok Park. All registered participants will receive a stylish race pack, comprising a specially designed running shirt, sweatband and bag, along with many special prizes from One Bangkok. Meet a surprising line-up of superstars and celebrities, as well as influencers from both the health and lifestyle industries. Expert-led warm-up and cool-down sessions will be provided by professionals from Jetts Black. A limited-time floral-inspired afternoon tea by chef Gabriel Le Quang will be offered at The Authors’ Lounge at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. Presented as a composition of petals, each pastry is conceived as an individual expression of flavour and texture, coming together to form a complete ‘flower’ on the table. The pastry selection features a series of distinct creations. The Exotic coconut cheesecake petal layers sablé with baked New York cheesecake, tropical marmalade and a light mousse. The Chocolate praline baba petal combines chocolate baba sponge, hazelnut praline and whipped ganache with a crisp finish. The Citrus calisson petal pairs almond with mandarin, while the Date and cherry petal combines spiced sponge with cherry compote. The Raspberry, coconut and wasabi petal adds contrast, balancing sweetness with a gentle note of heat. The savoury selection introduces a change of pace through a series of tea sandwiches, from Boston lobster with tartare sauce on pumpernickel bread to Smoked salmon, horseradish and cucumber, alongside Pastrami with potatoes and sour cream, Coronation chicken with black olives, and Celery heart with egg salad on curry bread.

Thai icons are in the spotlight with green curry, khao soi and massaman being transformed into stacked burgers at 25 Degrees Bangkok. Indulge in the Green Curry Burger where crispy fried chicken is infused with green curry herbs, layered with Thai aubergine, basil and kaffir lime leaf. Served on a soft potato bun with a rich green curry dip. The Khao Soi Burger is a chicken patty seasoned with Khao Soi spices, topped with crispy noodles, shallots, pickled vegetables and finished with a signature dip. The Massaman Curry Burger is sirloin cooked in massaman spices with coconut milk, paired with shallots, peanuts, coriander and mashed potato. Served on a potato bun with a curry dip. Meanwhile, Coco Thai’d Up celebrates the taste of Thailand with signature coconut creations made from fresh Amphawa coconuts. Blending local ice cream, each drink is served in a coconut shell. Goji Kitchen + Bar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park will feature Australian seaweed-grain-fed beef this month. From May 22 – 31, "The Taste Of Australian Seaweed-Grain-Fed Beef" will treat diners to a series of dishes using seaweed-grain-fed Australian beef and enhanced with seaweed. Five new menu items are available, at the Chilled Station expect Aroma rump steak tartare with horseradish cream and seaweed; at the Asian Grill Station enjoy Grilled asado short rib; the Carving Station will offer Char-grilled dry-aged prime rib and Seaweed-crusted tenderloin (served for Sunday brunch); while the Western Live Station will serve Braised beef cheek with green herb risotto.
